1) How long will it take to get my order?
We
aim to have your order out within 3 days of receiving it.
At this current time with couriers at there all time capacity there is more like a 10 business day time frame on delivery's.
- Orders made by bank transfer are sent once payment has been received, you can screenshot it & email us proof of payment.
- Courier orders are picked up by 5pm Daily Monday - Friday
- All parcels will be left in your mailbox or at your front door, if you specify

NZ Post Issues..
We have been experiencing long delays due to the volume with NZ Post over the past 6 months and while NZ Courier Post still remains relatively reliable as every package is GP'S in & out, there delivery targets are now much slower due to the volume of NZ online ordering.

YES, these are also sent by courier post
4) How much is it going to cost me?
A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation so that you may be able to track your package on line within transit please check your junk mail if you think you did not receive one.
5) Please note:
We cannot accept any responsibility for items that go missing, after they have been scanned in by NZ Courier Post, by purchasing on our website you have agreed to our terms & conditions with a Non signatures courier option. All NZ courier post bags are GP'S in & out, Please lodge an enquiry with NZ post, we will only replace items if the fault lies with us.
6) Gift Wrapping
All items will come bubble wrapped & pop starch bubbles (which are compostable)
& gift bagged unless you ask us not too!
7) Christmas Hold ups!
Due to a lot of suppliers being closed over this period some items may have run out, or sold out in the clinic,
We will let you know asap if anything is out of stock, & what the time frame will be on delivery, or we can refund your money.
